These terms cover using the gummy app and this website. They are short on purpose.

Gummy is provided by Nicoletells AB (org. nr 559174-7935), Skönstaholmsvägen 84, 123 60 Farsta, Sweden. If you got gummy from the App Store or TestFlight, Apple's standard licence agreement for apps also applies.
Your ideas are yours
You own everything you record and write in gummy. We don't claim any rights to it, and because it stays on your phone, we don't have it.
Using gummy
Use gummy for lawful purposes and respect other people's privacy, including when recording them. Don't try to break, copy or resell the app.
The beta
Beta versions are for testing. They may change, lose features or have bugs, so keep anything important backed up. Feedback you send can be used to improve gummy without any obligation to you.
Paid features
Gummy is free during the beta. If paid features are added, prices and what's included will be shown clearly before you buy, and purchases are handled by Apple.
No guarantees
Gummy is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost ideas, indirect damages or anything beyond what you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Swedish or EU law.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms, and will say so here with a new date. You can stop using gummy at any time by deleting the app.
Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
